Shell and Tube Gasifier

The shell and tube heat exchanger is used as the gasifier, and water or methanol (or glycol) solution is used as the intermediate heat medium to gasify LNG. The initial heat source can be hot water, sea water or air. First, the initial heat source is used to heat the intermediate heat medium, and then the heated intermediate heat medium is used to degasify the LNG through the tube-and-shell gasifier. Intermediate heat medium requires circulation pump forced circulation, so high energy consumption.
